Q. How can I update my address?  

A. In order for us to update your address we require a signature.  You may use Address Update Request form here.  Complete and sign where noted and either scan/email or fax it to 604.643.0212.


Q. How can I view my accounts online?

A. As a Canaccord client, you can access your account holdings, transaction history, statements, and trade confirmations through our online portal.

Private Client Access Please complete the following steps to sign up for Private Client Access:

Step 1: Fill out an Application Form (pdf)

Step 2: Send the completed form to your advisor

Step 3. Canaccord will email your login information to you.

Q. I have a large unused RRSP contrubution limit.  How can I get caught up on missed contributions using an RRSP Loan?

A. We offer a Catch-up RRSP loan so you can maximize your RRSP contribution and get caught up on missed contributions from previous years.

A. A Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) is an account in which contributions are made with after-tax dollars and withdrawals are tax-free.  This means that investments can grow in the account and be withdrawn at any time without being taxed.
